One-Time Transferability
This warranty is fully transferable to the next homeowner for up to 10 years from the date of your purchase.
Notification Requirement
If you experience any issues, leaks, or missing shingles, please contact ManePoint Exteriors within 48 hours for quick and reliable assistance.
Repair Responsibility
All repairs under this warranty must be performed exclusively by ManePoint Exteriors.

Exclusions from Coverage

While our workmanship warranty covers a wide range of potential issues, certain conditions are not included:

  • Normal wear and tear, including:
    • Ice damage
    • Hail damage
    • Foreign objects
    • Hurricane-force wind and rain
  • Manufacturer’s defects (covered separately under the product warranty).
  • Damage from fungus, bacteria, infestation, UV degradation, rust, or corrosion leading to metal or wood decay.
  • Repairs or replacements performed by anyone other than ManePoint Exteriors.

Manufacturer’s Product Warranty

The duration of the manufacturer’s product warranty is determined by the materials installed. This warranty complements our workmanship coverage to give you comprehensive protection.

Limitations of Liability

ManePoint Exteriors is not liable for:

- Incidental, consequential, or special damages of any form.

- Damage to the interior or exterior of your building that occurs as a result of issues not covered under this warranty.

This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, limited to the terms outlined above.
